The first three letters of MCV Vacations stands for Mike, Chrissy, and Victoria, which is our small family vacation business. When I was a child, my family always did huge beach vacations with close to 100 family members and friends. We always enjoyed the time together with family and friends, and I always wanted to have a beach condo where I could enjoy the beach whenever I wanted to go with my family. After purchasing our first condo in 2011, I realized that I could actually do a small vacation rental business. At the time, I just wanted to have a condo. I love being able to allow our guests the opportunity to enjoy our properties just like I use to do during the large family vacations when I was younger. In 2013 we rented a cabin for the first time, and we had such a blast in the mountains. Victoria saw snow for the first time with being from New Orleans, and she rode a horse for the first time with also getting to see wild life in Cades Cove. She did not want to leave. At this point, I knew I needed to buy a cabin. In July 2014 we purchased our first cabin in the Smoky Mountains. As of 2023, we now have six cabins in the mountains where we built three of them so we could have the perfect vacation rental with all of the amenities that our guest love.

I also wanted you to get to know something about my family, I am an electrical engineer working for a large electrical manufacturer where I am an executive sales engineer working in the Petro Chem market. I basically supply electrical equipment for offshore, refineries, and Mid-Stream companies. The skills that I learned with doing sales helps me out tremendously with supplying excellent customer service as can be seen in my reviews. We treat our guests how we would like to be treated if we were renting from someone. Chrissy retired in 2004 after Victoria was born. She worked for State Farm at the agency field office. Victoria, my daughter, is now in her second year in college studying to be a special Ed Teacher.

Our cleaners in Sevierville are literally less than 10 minutes away from any of our properties so we can provide quick responses vs most companies. Our maintenance staff also lives close by, and they are very responsive. We have the same situation with our condo on the beach in Fort Walton where maintenance and cleaning are only minutes away to provide excellent service.

We would love for you to create memories that will last a lifetime just like I did when I was a small child. During your stay, we love talking, texting, emailing, whichever you prefer with giving recommendations on just about anything. Our guests are very important to our success, and we want you to have the best vacation that you can possibly have with us. We would love the opportunity to have you rent one of our places where you could maybe become a repeat renter just like we have with so many customers that have become friends with us thru the years.
