Who We Are

MCV Vacations is named after Mike, Chrissy, and Victoria — our small family team that has spent decades creating memorable vacations together. My love for travel started early. Growing up, my family took huge beach trips with nearly 100 relatives and friends. Those vacations shaped who I am, and they inspired my dream of owning a place where I could bring my own family to the beach anytime.

In 2011, we bought our first condo in Fort Walton Beach. What began as a simple dream quickly grew into a small vacation‑rental business built on hospitality, family values, and genuine care for our guests.

Two years later, we rented a cabin in the Smoky Mountains — and everything changed. Victoria saw snow for the first time, rode a horse, and explored wildlife in Cades Cove. She didn’t want to leave, and honestly, neither did we. In 2014, we purchased our first cabin, and today we have six cabins in the Smokies, including three that we personally built to create the perfect guest experience.

Our Family

I’m Mike — an electrical engineer and executive sales engineer in the Petro‑Chem industry. The customer‑service skills I’ve developed over the years directly influence how we treat our guests: with respect, responsiveness, and genuine care. Chrissy retired from State Farm after Victoria was born, and she keeps our business running smoothly behind the scenes. Victoria is in her final year of college, studying to become a Special Education teacher.

We’re proud to have local cleaning and maintenance teams in both Sevierville and Fort Walton Beach. They live minutes from our properties, which means fast response times, consistent quality, and the kind of reliability you rarely find with large rental companies.
